Sales & Business Development:
• Drive sales for Lithium-Ion batteries and inverters in assigned territories (Patna, Muzaffarpur, Bhagalpur, etc.).
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, dealers, and OEMs.
• Achieve sales targets through effective strategy execution.
• Monitor and analyze competitors and market trends.
2. Channel Management:
• Establish and manage a network of dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
• Ensure timely delivery and service support.
• Implement promotional activities with channel partners.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
• Develop strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
• Provide post-sales support and address customer concerns.
• Organize product training and awareness sessions for customers and dealers.
4. Reporting & Administration:
• Maintain records of sales performance and report to senior management.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and plans.
• Provide market intelligence and customer feedback for improvements.
5. Team Collaboration & Support:
• Collaborate with marketing to devise brand awareness and lead generation strategies.
• Work closely with technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Education: Any Graduate.
• Experience: 3-4 years in sales (inverter/battery or consumer electronics industry).
• Skills:
o Strong understanding of the inverter and battery market.
o Proven sales and channel management experience.
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
