Sales Executive- Lithium Batteries and Inverters
Job description

Sales Execution:
• Achieve sales targets for Lithium-Ion batteries and inverters.
• Prospect and approach new customers (dealers, distributors, retailers).
• Present and promote company products to potential clients.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Provide excellent after-sales support and address customer inquiries.
• Conduct regular customer visits to maintain business relations.
• Market Development:
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and feedback.
• Submit regular sales reports with insights on market conditions.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
• Promotional Activities:
• Collaborate with Corporate Office for product promotions and campaigns.
• Organize and participate in promotional events and meetings.
• Collaboration with Team:
• Work with the Sales Executive to strategize and implement sales plans.
• Support the team in executing sales initiatives and campaigns.

Requirement

• Qualifications: Graduate,
• Experience: 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the inverter/battery industry, consumer electronics, or a related field.
• Skills:
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
o Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
o Target based selling skills
