•	Provide installation, troubleshooting, and repair services for Inverters, UPS, SMPS, and lithium batteries at customer sites.
•	Handle on-site technical issues and offer timely resolutions across assigned territories in Bihar and Jharkhand.
•	Coordinate with the Head Office and local dealers for escalations and customer feedback.
•	Maintain and track service records, customer complaints, and resolutions in a structured format.
•	Conduct preventive maintenance and product testing at customer premises and ensure smooth functioning.
•	Provide technical training and support to clients, dealers, and channel partners when required.
•	Manage spares inventory efficiently for quick turnaround on service calls.
•	Ensure customer satisfaction and build strong professional relationships.
•	Travel extensively within the assigned territory for servicing and support.
•	Communicate effectively on emails and on phone regarding customer escalations, feedback , MIS etc
Qualification: Graduate.
• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in servicing inverters, batteries, UPS systems, or related power backup products.
• Good understanding of lithium battery technology, SMPS, and power electronics is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams and technical manuals.
• Willingness to travel across Bihar and Jharkhand as per service requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
